The Preston Technology centre is home to several workshops and storage units to rent in Preston. We have a number of light industrial units available. Our workshops come with roller shutter doors, allocated parking and good space for deliveries and drop-offs. Plus, you still get the benefits of the services provided by our on-site team. And as we’re located in an adjoining building to our offices, we can
provide complementary office space should you require it.

- By car: Just off J31 of the M6.
- By rail: Preston train station is less than a mile away.
- By bus: The nearest bus stops are on Harrington Road and Slade Street, a seven and five-minute walk respectively.

Sign up
We have simple one-page licence agreements for short-term rentals or leases for longer-term rentals. Signing up is quick and easy – and all our terms are transparent.
Step Three
Move in
You could be set up and ready to go within an hour. Our dedicated centre managers are on hand to support you during and after moving in.
